Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for Participation in MWC Workshops
1. Registration and Payment
Participants must register for workshops through the provided links or contact us directly via the designated email address. Registration is only complete once payment is received in full. Acceptable forms of payment include credit/debit cards and bank transfers, details of which are provided on the registration page.
2. Workshop Schedule and Delivery
The workshops are stand-alone sessions. Sessions are scheduled as outlined on the registration page. The organisers reserve the right to adjust these dates in response to coach availability or other unforeseen circumstances, with adequate notice provided to all participants.
3. Attendance and Access
Participants can attend the workshops in person at the designated venue or via our online platform. Details regarding the venue and access to the online platform will be provided upon registration completion. Participants who anticipate being unable to attend a live session must notify the organisers at least 48 hours in advance to arrange alternative access to course materials.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations by participants made more than 14 days before the start date of the course will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the course fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances leading to cancellation will be considered case-by-case and may result in a credit towards future courses. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the course due to insufficient enrolment or other reasons beyond their control. In such an event, a refund will be issued to all registered participants.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials provided, including but not limited to handouts, digital content, and training manuals, are the intellectual property of the course providers. These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or published without prior written consent from the organisers.
6. Data Protection
Personal data provided during registration will be processed according to the UK Data Protection Act 2018. The data will be used solely for course administration and will not be disclosed to third parties without the participant's explicit consent.
7. Liability
The organisers will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by any participant due to course participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Participants are responsible for their property and personal safety.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout, pandemic or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
9. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times during the course. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or other inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the course without a refund.
10. Confidentiality
Participants agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the course without the prior written consent of the organisers. This includes proprietary concepts discussed or distributed during the sessions.
11. Accessibility
The course is committed to ensuring our services are accessible to all participants, including those with disabilities. Please contact the organisers prior to registration to discuss specific needs and available accommodations.
12. Technology Requirements
As specified in the registration materials, participants attending virtually must ensure they have the necessary technology, including a stable internet connection and compatible hardware/software. Technical support may be limited to issues directly related to course access.
13. Recording and Distribution of Sessions
Recording of any course sessions, whether in person or online, by participants is strictly prohibited. The organisers may record sessions for internal purposes but will not distribute these recordings publicly without the participants' consent.
14. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Current participants will be promptly informed of any changes.
15. Complaints and Feedback
Participants are encouraged to provide feedback about the course at any time during or after the programme. Complaints should be submitted in writing and handled with urgency and due care to reach a satisfactory resolution.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the registration process, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which form an agreement between the participant and the course providers.
